Purchasing instructions:

We are using MyCommerce as our purchasing agent, please click on the "BUY NOW" button and fill out the on-line ordering form.

We accept multiple payment methods, the best way is to purchase with credit card- you will receive registration EMAIL as soon as the charge authorized. It normally takes about 5 minutes. Or, if you would like to place an order, please choose your preferable order payment methods in the form, we accept Credit card, wire/bank transfer and phone ordering. When you completed the order form, please click “Place secure order” button to submit, otherwise your order won’t be processed.

We deliver a service not a software! After registry, email us the link of your current catalog that should be saves Press Quality, PDF/X-1a:2001 Standards, and Embed Page Thumbnails  box is marked.   Make sure all the images on the catalog are CMYK and 300 DPI resolution.   The service we'll give has been taking time 3 to 4 weeks depend on your catalog's pages.

Refund Policy:  

If you are not satisfied with your service or should you have any problem, please send us an email with your order number and package name for technical support. If the issue happens to a specific issue, it would be helpful if you can email us the issue that you are having problem with which could be better for the illustration of the problem.

If you purchase one of our services, after your payment has cleared, you will receive an email with the purchase.. Due to the automated way that orders are processed and fulfilled, once an order is processed and the registration details are issued, it cannot be canceled so that no refunds will be given. Exceptions to the refund policy are handled on a case-by-case basis and only granted when emergency or extenuating circumstances exist. We have this policy since it would be impossible for you to return your registered version of our service.

Unaccepted Circumstances

We generally do not refund in these circumstances:

  1. You purchased the so-called "wrong" service, and you purchased the "right" service from another company.
  2. You changed your mind after placing an order.
  3. You requested for a refund for technical issues, but never provided any assistance to our support team with any detailed description of the problem.
  4. Refund for part of a bundle.
  5. You failed to receive the registration mail or code for the service, and didn't try to contact us to get your registration code or service code.

Accepted Circumstances

  1. You purchased a wrong service, and then purchased the right service from iBooExport  within 30 days. We can refund you for the wrong service.
  2. You've been double charged due to the system problem of the third party payment platform.
  3. In rare instances and only within 30 days of purchase, if due to technical difficulties the service will not function, and our technical support team failed to provide a fixshort-term solution or work-around within one month.
